To maintain a flawless ledger and ensure the security of group funds, we collect the following data upon your admission and throughout your active membership:

  • Identity Verification: Full legal name, National ID/Passport number, and secure portal login credentials.
  • Contact Information: Active email addresses and primary mobile phone numbers.
  • Financial Data: Transaction histories, M-Pesa details used for deposits and disbursements, precise loan application parameters, and individual dividend accruals.

2. How We Use Your Data

We operate with a "Zero Emotion" administrative framework. Your data is never analyzed for marketing; it is utilized strictly for objective financial management. Your information is used to:

  • Maintain your personal financial ledger and automatically audit your weekly/monthly contributions.
  • Process incoming loan applications, execute borrowing eligibility algorithms, and calculate compounding interest or daily penalties.
  • Distribute annual dividends based on your precise historical contribution weight.
  • Enforce systemic administrative actions when deadlines are missed.

3. Data Visibility & Guarantors

B&M Group does not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third parties, brokers, or marketing agencies. However, due to the nature of our collective capital risk, strict internal visibility protocols apply:

  • Your overall savings total and active loan status are accessible to the Executive Administration for routine operational auditing and risk assessment.
  • Guarantor Transparency: If you apply for a credit facility, your selected guarantors have the absolute right to know your current financial standing within the group. In the event of a default, your full loan profile and penalty accumulation will be disclosed to your guarantors, as they assume the financial liability.

4. Digital Security

We implement modern digital security architecture to protect your data within the web portal. All passwords are encrypted, and database access to the master ledger is heavily restricted to executive oversight. Members are required to keep their portal access credentials strictly confidential. Management will never ask you for your portal password.

5. Your Rights & Data Retention

You have the fundamental right to access your complete financial ledger 24/7 via your portal dashboard. If you identify any computational discrepancies, you may formally request a ledger review.

Your data will be retained for the entire active duration of your membership. Upon a formal, cleared exit from the B&M Group, your active portal profile will be deactivated, and core ledger transactions will be securely archived for historical auditing purposes.
